Random Musings on Turning 30

I turned 30 on Monday, the 7th. Turning 30 doesn't bother me. If you had asked me what I would be doing when I was 30, I believe I would have answered, living with my family (1 husband, 2 kids, 1 dog, 1 cat <---have it all right but the dog. . we have 2) in our own home.

I originally did not want to be a stay at home mom. I had all these dreams of being a teacher and working out of the house. I wouldn't change it for the world.

My husband is great. I get frustrated with him at times but for the most part, he is an amazing man. At my birthday party on Friday, I was told that by every single woman in attendance. I have to agree. . . amazing. He freaked out when he turned 30. It's all good now!

I have to admit that I am loving life right now. I am blessed. We have an amazing church family. They are so loving, welcoming, and accepting. It's been a long time since I've felt this way about going to church. I am starting to be passionate about it again. I'm excited about taking my kids. And they are learning so much. Life at the Well. . it's amazing!

Keeping Petra has been so much fun for us. It's hard work, don't get me wrong. But I really do love her as one of my own. I love the relationship she has with Cayden. I love that I'm teaching her about the world and all it's blessings. I just love her! And I love her mother. She is raising a precious little girl and doing a wonderful job at it.

Okay, so now on to the fun stuff. I have lots of new scrapbook layouts from the past several months. LOs I haven't shared on this particular blog. I'm posting a slide show as there are tons. The are in most recent order (by date of photos, not layouts).
