Pieces of Me

Weight Loss and Lifestyle Goals

Ultimately, I want my family to be fit and healthy.  I want us eating mostly organic (at least the Dirty Dozen).  We are slowly moving to Paleo lifestyle.  Right now, we are focusing on becoming Gluten Free.  In the end, I want to be free of all ailments caused by the processed food that the USDA recommends we eat.  I believe the government is encouraging us to become fat and unhealthy (even if they claim they aren't).

5% of My Starting Weight (10 lbs)
For those of you on Weight Watchers, you know this is your first goal on the program. I hit this goal within two weeks of starting the program again.
Goal Met: 2/5/11

10% of My Starting Weight (20 lbs)
For those of you on Weight Watchers, you know this is the second goal on the program.  I am 6.6 lbs from this goal and plan to be there within the next month or so!
Goal Met: 3/15/2012

Hit my 1st WW Starting Weight.
Upon returning to Weight Watchers this year, I was 15 lbs heavier than I was when I started the program in 2004.  I want to be at that weight.  I'm only 1.6 lbs away!!
Goal Met: 4/2/2011

15 lb Loss Tattoo - I have wanted a tattoo for quite a while.  I have decided to let it represent my weight loss.  Just like the stars we get for every 5 lbs. at Weight Watchers, I'm going to get a daisy for every 5 lbs. I lose.  I will start with 15 lbs. and continue to add to it (probably every 25 or so since they are not cheap).
Goal Met: 4/2/2011

Hit the 1/2 Mark
I want to be able to say "I'm more than 1/2 way there."  I know I can do it.

Goal Weight
My goal weight is 146 lbs (give or take).  I was 146 lbs when I found out I was pregnant with Cayden.  That was September 2005.  It's be a long time since I've been at a healthy weight, but I'm very pleased to see the progress I am making.  And when I'm at goal, my Lifetime Membership will take over and meetings will be FREE!  Yippee!  I see this happening sometime in 2011.  When, time will only tell!
